- Re-enroll from January 12 – May 29: $201 (non-refundable)

Half-Day Pre-K / Kindergarten (Ages 4&5)
8:15am – 11:30am
- Annual Cost per student: $5,000
- Cost if paid on 10-month plan: $500.00/month
- Cost if paid on 10-month bi-monthly plan: $250.00 twice per month
Full-Day Pre-K / Kindergarten (Ages 4&5)
8:15am – 3:00pm
- Annual Cost per student: $6,330.00
- Cost if paid on 10-month plan: $633.00/month
- Cost if paid on 10-month bi-monthly plan: $316.50 twice per month
Student in 1st – 6th grade
- Annual Cost per student: $5,930
- Cost if paid on 10-month plan: $593.00/month
- Cost if paid on 10-month bi-monthly plan: $296.50 twice per month
Student in 7th – 12th grade
- Annual Cost per student: $6,930
- Cost if paid on 10-month plan: $693.00/month

- $100 for each new family enrolled (application must indicate referral’s name, credit applied in December)

Required Fundraising
$250 per family
- Fundraising options are participating in Shop With Scrip, fall and spring fundraisers, donating $250, or a combination of options that total $250.
Extended Care
As a service to our partents, we offer extended care hours on school days as early as 7:00am and as late as 5:30pm. Extended Care is not available for Teacher In-service days, holidays, vacations or half-days. The following fees are monthly charges.
Extended Care is available for all students, K4 – 12th grade.
7:00am – 8:00am and 3:30pm – 5:30pm
- $250 per month
Hourly Use
- $6 per hour (or any portion thereof)
- Fees include an afternoon snack.
- Please note: Child care is not provided after 5:30pm. Parents who are late picking up their children from extended care will be charged $1 per minute. On early dismissal days, parents who are late picking up their children will be charged $1 per minute after 12:15pm.
Financial Policies
- A late fee of $30 will be assessed on the 6th of every month for incidentals billed and not paid by the next month.
- Insufficient funds for checks or electronic transfer will be charged a $35 fee for each occurrence.
- Delinquent accounts may result in a child not being allowed to return to school until payment or another satisfactory arrangement is made.
- All school records, report cards, and diplomas will be withheld for accounts that are not current.
Lake County Christian Academy is funded through tuition and fees and does not receive tuition funding from state or federal sources. We see tuition as an investment in your child’s education. Parents are expected to make payments on time, as overdue balances may result in temporary exclusion from school until the account is up to date. LCCA is dedicated to keeping tuition affordable for families and carefully manages tuition funds to ensure they are used in the best possible way for your child’s education.
